We had resigned ourselves to using DxO software for our Bayer raw files and other image editing products for our Fujifilm X-Trans raw files, but it is wonderful now being able to use the one application for all raw files especially given we sometimes mix cameras and sensors for documentary projects depending on the lenses we have for each system. We will be publishing an article and photo gallery of images from the documentary project here soon, and will continue to explore DxOвЂ™s beta X-Trans support while looking forward to the same support coming to DxO ViewPoint soon.ДxO PhotoLab, then named DxO PhotoOptics, was the very first raw image processor we used and we quickly came to love using it for documentary photographs and for its camera, lens and film profiles.

We have been using the PhotoLab 5 and FilmPack 6 host plus plug-in combination to process a documentary project made with a Fujifilm X-E4 camera with Fujinon XF 27mm f/2.8 R WR lens and Squarehood lens hood, as well s snapshots made with our X-Pro2 and Fujinon XF 14mm f/2.8 R lens with Haoge lens hood.ДЄlthough X-Trans support is currently in beta, and some features have yet to be implemented, we are ecstatic that DxO has finally begun work on it after telling us that they would not be doing that for so many years now.
